I visited Havana in 2010 for their annual International Jazz Festival. It was a wonderful trip. Old Havana has been designated a historical heritage site in its entirety. Near the former Palace, now the Museo de la Revolution, sat this commercial building. In the wide plaza between it and the street sat a number of pieces of artwork on poles depicting the history of Cuba.
