Cowboys risk their lives, as do the horses, at rodeos in bucking bronco contests. One-handed riding on a horse determined to get you off his back is teeth- and bone-shaking, and sometimes shattering. There are always cowboys hobbling around with broken bones, a flight-for-live helicopter waiting for the seriously injured humans & several large animal vets to care for the animals.
